Professional Development for Instructors

The Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute is no longer offering the self-study PDI option. There are many opportunities provided to obtain the required professional development hours. The Institute offers a full-day PDI at MFRI-HQ biannually in April and December. In addition, each MFRI region offers two PDI sessions annually. The Institute has also begun offering online PDI through our learning management system. A complete list of upcoming PDI courses is available below.
